Exhibits P1 and P2 are the final determination orders and Ext.P3 is the appellate order rejecting the appeals filed by the petitioner. Since the amounts due were not paid, revenue recovery has been initiated by Exhibits P4, P5 and P6. According to the learned standing counsel for the respondents, the total amount in terms of these revenue recovery notices will come to Rs.84,608/- with interest thereof. The only request that is made by the counsel for the writ petitioner is that he may be allowed to repay the amount in instalments.
2. After hearing the counsel for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, I dispose of this writ petition directing the petitioner to pay the amount in six equal monthly instalments payable on the first of every month starting WPC 27380/07 from 1/10/07. If default in payment of any instalment is committed, respondents will be at liberty to proceed against the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
