J U D G M E N T

H.L. Dattu, C.J.: Alleging that the respondents have wilfully and deliberately disobeyed the interim order passed by this court in W.P.(C )10973 of 2007 dated 2nd April, 2007. the complainant is before us in this Contempt case, inter alia requesting this court to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the respondents for the so called wilful and deliberate disobedience of the interim order passed by this court.

2. Notice of this contempt case has been served on the respondents. They have entered appearance through their counsel.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that, being aggrieved by the interim order passed by this court, they have already filed a Review Petition and the same is pending for consideration before this court.

4. In view of the pendency of the Review Petition, in our opinion, for the present, we need not to proceed with this Contempt case. Accordingly, this Contempt case is disposed of.

5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this court, if need CONTEMPT CASE (C )No. 890 OF 2007 2 arises, after the disposal of the Review Petition filed by the respondents. Ordered accordingly. H.L. DATTU, CHIEF JUSTICE. K.T. SANKARAN,
