J U D G M E N T
The grievance of the petitioner is that he had applied for a permit for removal of sand and that orders thereon have not been passed. Petitioner has produced Ext.P1, an application that has been made by him to the first respondent, which is stated to be pending.
2. In view of the above, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
