The request of the writ petitioner is to pass orders on Ext.P1.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions confirms the pendency of Ext.P1.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
