Dated this the 18th day of September, 2007
Kurian Joseph,J.This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in L.A.R.No.9/1997 on the file of the Sub Court, Kottayam. It is seen that the claimant respondent had filed an appeal as L.A.A.No.1034/2000 and the said appeal was partly allowed by judgment dated 3-11-2004 refixing the land value at Rs.3,400/- per cent. Thus there is no merit in this appeal. It is accordingly dismissed.
