W.P.(C) NO. 24156 OF 2007
Dated this the 20th day of September, 2007

The application for regular permit has been adjourned by Ext.P3 awaiting concurrence of sister RTA's at Ernakulam and Muvattupuzha. Petitioner submits that there has not been any progress in the matter since then. If concurrence is unduly delayed, the Authority is competent to grant permit subject to counter signature. This procedure can be adopted in this case also. Accordingly, Ext.P1 application of regular permit will be taken up and considered and orders thereon shall be passed within 8 weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the respondents for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
