K.K.DENESAN, JCOC NO. 1342 of 2006
Dated this the 22nd day of January, 2007
The interim order clearly states that no junior of the petitioner shall be promoted in preference to the petitioner. In the judgment that I have pronounced today in the main case W.P(C)2050/2006, I have found that none, who is junior to the petitioner, has been promoted overlooking his seniority. That being the situation, the contention of the petitioner that directions in the order have been violated by the respondents has no basis. COC is closed.
