W.P.(C) NO. 27316 OF 2007
Dated this the 20th day of September, 2007
J U D G M E N T
The petitioner claims admission to the Post Graduate Course admission in a vacancy that he says is available since the year 2006-07. The admissions for the seats available in the academic year 2006-07 are already over and the course has also commenced long ago. It is not possible at this distance of time to direct admission to be given to the petitioner even if there is a vacancy available as contended by him. Therefore, I do not find any merit in the claim. The writ petition lacks merit and it is dismissed.
