J U D G M E N T
H.L.Dattu, C.J. In our opinion, the reliefs sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition was anticipatory in nature and the same is impermissible in a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, while confirming the orders passed by the learned Single Judge, we reject the writ appeal as premature. Ordered accordingly. (H.L.DATTU) CHIEF JUSTICE (K.T.SANKARAN)
