DATED THIS THE 25th DAY OF JANUARY, 2007
This petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India for a direction to Sub Court, Thrissur to consider and pass orders in Ext.P3 application (I.A.574/07 in L.A.R.102/05). Case of petitioner is that the acquired property originally belonged to late Devassy and along with petitioner, the wife and children of Devassy had filed an application to get themselves impleaded contending that only one of the legal heirs was made a party in the L.A. R. proceedings. It is alleged that though petitioners filed I.A.4927/06 on 26.7.06, no order was passed and finding that the application is not seen in the file, petitioners were compelled to file Ext.P3 application on 24.1.07 and no order has been passed in it. As that application was filed only yesterday, Court cannot be expected to pass an order before this day. Sub Judge,Thrissur is directed to consider Ext.P3 application and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate before disposing L.A.R.
