Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader, without stating anything on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing that the competent among the respondents will take up Ext.P3 and render a decision thereon in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the competent respondent. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
