The second respondent filed a complaint before the first respondent Kerala State Human Rights Commission. The writ petitioner is the opposite party in that proceedings.
2. According to the petitioner, the matter placed for consideration of the Commission by the second respondent are matters governed by the orders of civil courts and matters on which the Human Rights Commission may not have jurisdiction in terms of the relevant statute.
3. These are matters which can be reasonably brought to the notice of the State Human Rights Commission and there is no reason for the petitioner to apprehend that such objections and contentions would not be considered in accordance with law.
