Feeling aggrieved by Ext.P3 order transferring the petitioner from Kallarkutty to Mankulam Hydro Electric Scheme, the petitioner has approached the second respondent who issued the order of transfer. In Ext.P4 representation filed by him he has requested to permit him to continue at Kallarkutty. It is contended that he belongs to a scheduled caste community, on account of his health conditions it will be hazzardous to work in a place like Mankulam and, therefore, he shall be permitted to continue in the present station.
2. Heard Legal Liaison Officer for the respondents.
3. Ext.P4 shall be considered by the second respondent as expeditiously as possible and orders in accordance with law shall be passed. A time limit of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment is fixed for passing orders on Ext.P4. Writ petition is disposed of as above. K.K.DENESAN Judge jj
