No counter affidavit has been filed by the 1st respondent- Corporation so far.
2. Having gone through Ext.P3 judgment and various grounds raised in the Writ Petition, I am of the view that the issue is covered against the respondent by Ext.P3. Petitioner is entitled for relief. Accordingly, the Writ Petition will stand disposed of with the following directions: It is declared that the petitioner is entitled to get full seniority after his rejoining duty after leave without allowance. He is entitled for promotion as Station Master(Rank No.1046) just before his immediate junior Sri. E.C.Jayaram, Rank No.1047 and further to the post of Inspector on the basis of Ext.P1 seniority list. There will be a direction to the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner on the basis of the above said declaration and to give all consequential reliefs. The respondent will comply with the directions passed above at their earliest and at any rate within one month of receiving a copy of this judgment.
