ORDERThe petitioner, who faces the allegation under Sec.22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, and has been enlarged on bail subject to conditions as per order dated 9/11/2006 in B.A.No.6564/06 only prays that the condition imposed on the petitioner which alone survives now that the petitioner must appear before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of every month between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. may be deleted/modified.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am satisfied that the condition can be modified and the petitioner can be directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on the first Sunday of all English calendar months between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. until further orders or until the charge is filed, whichever is earlier. The prayer is accordingly attended to the above extent. Sd/-
