JUDGMENT

The petitioner has been appointed as Higher Secondary School Teacher (Zoology) in compliance of Annexure A1 judgment and the subsequent orders issued. Though the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, the counsel for the petitioner appears to be justified in her submission that the respondents have not implemented the judgment in its entirety or as directed therein. I do not, however, propose to examine suo motu that aspect of the matter in this C.C.C in the absence of any person aggrieved by such non-compliance invoking the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act. Without prejudice to the right of persons, if any, approaching this Court with proper application, this Contempt of Court Case is closed. K.K.DENESAN Judge jj
