J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer :-
"Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction to the first respondent to disburse the salary for the period worked by the petitioner." According to the petitioner, the appointment as per Ext.P1 dated 10.6.1997 was approved by the University as per Ext.P2. Once the University approves the appointment, there is no justification in denying salary. There is no counter affidavit. There will be a direction to the Deputy Director of Collegiate Education, Ernakulam to look into the grievance of the petitioner, with notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 and take appropriate action in accordance with law to settle the grievance of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment by the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
