Dated this the 14th day of February, 2007
The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-
i) To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to disburse the amounts admittedly due to the petitioner as demanded by Ext.P1 with interest at the rate of 18% per annum forthwith, for the execution of work. Admittedly paucity of funds is the only difficulty. The writ petition itself is filed in the year 2004. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the admitted amounts to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment. The question of interest is left open.
