J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is essentially aggrieved by the proceedings taken by the first respondent Panchayat in the matter of assessment of property tax. Against Ext.P2 proceedings, petitioner had approached the Government as per Ext.P5. Ext.P5 was sought to be corrected on certain aspects as per Ext.P6. There is no counter affidavit. Now that a Tribunal has been constituted, there will be a direction to the third respondent to transfer Exts.P5 and P6 to the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Thereafter, the Tribunal shall consider the matter treating it as a duly instituted proceedings, with notice to the petitioner and the first respondent and pass appropriate orders, within another four months. The interim order passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.14293/03 will continue till such time. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
