ORDERRevision petitioner is the complainant who had initiated proceedings against the respondent under Section 420 IPC. The court below just dismissed the complaint with the observation that the dishonour of cheque would incur only a civil liability. I find that the judgment is not a considered one. In the circumstances, the dismissal of the complaint under Section 203 of Code of Criminal Procedure is herewith set aside. The court below is directed to consider the matter afresh. The revision petitioner shall appear before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Taliparamba on 20.3.2007. The Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. K.R.UDAYABHANU,
