O R D E RThe revision petitioner stands convicted for the offence under section 279 and 338 of IPC and sentenced, as modified by the appellate court, to undergo imprisonment till rising of the court and to pay a compensation of Rs.15,000/- to PWs 1 to 3 together and in default to undergo simple imprisonment for three months. Out of the compensation Rs.10,000/- is to be paid to PW3 and Rs.2,500/- each to PWs 1 and 2 and in default to undergo simple imprisonment for three months. The counsel for the revision petitioner has sought for time to make the payment. The revision petitioner is granted three months time to deposit the amount. Considering the gravity of the offence I find that no interference is called for. The Crl. R.P is dismissed in limine.
