JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by the termination of the contract awarded to him. In view of the intervening developments, what survives is only the fourth prayer for a direction to the respondents to relieve the petitioner from the contract without risk and cost and to release the security deposit and other amounts due to him. That is a matter for the petitioner to represent before the first respondent, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and leaving open the contentions, the Writ Petition is disposed of as follows: In the event of the petitioner filing a representation before the first respondent within one month regarding the surviving grievance referred to above, the same shall be considered by the first respondent with notice to the petitioner and  W.P.(C). NO.14438 OF 2004 appropriate action in accordance with law in the matter shall be taken within another four months. (KURIAN JOSEPH) Judge ahz/
