J U D G M E N T

Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers:

"i) Call for the records pertaining to Exhibits P1 to P3 from the respondents. ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 &3 to update the revenue records of petitioners' property comprised in Survey No. 435 of Pallivasal village covered by Exhibit P1 patta including opening of thandaper account in the name of the pattadar, receiving basic tax etc., as per Rules. iii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation of the petitioners within a time frame. "

2. There is no counter affidavit. There will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the matter with notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law expeditiously. The interim order dated 17.10.2003 will continue till such time. Writ Petition is disposed of as above. KURIAN JOSEPH,
