O R D E RThe petitioner who is the fifth accused in crime No.225/2005 of Thamarassery police Station and subsequently taken over by CBCID, Kozhikode, as crime No.343/CR/2006 for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 365 and 306 IPC read with Section 149 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Director General of Prosecution, Sri.P.G.Thampi submits that since the other accused in the case have been enlarged on bail after interrogation, the petitioner may also be treated in the same manner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch, CBCID, Kozhikode, on any day between 23.2.2007 and 26.2.2007 for the purpose of interrogation. Thereafter, the petitioner shall be produced on the same day before the Magistrate concerned who shall release the petitioner B.A.959/2007 2 on bail on appropriate conditions, including one obliging that she shall be available for interrogation, as and when required by the police.
