The issue raised in these writ petitions pertains to the steps taken for recovery of loans availed by the petitioners from the respondent Cooperative Societies/Banks. Since a scheme for one time settlement is available to the petitioners, it is for them to approach the concerned society before 31.3.2007 as per the Scheme, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by the society, if the matter is not already settled. In order to enable the petitioners to work out the relief as above, the interim orders passed by this Court will continue for a period of six months from today.
