2. It is the admitted fact that the petitioner did not remit the 30% to sustain the interim order granted by the appellate authority in his appeal. Having heard counsel for parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing that if the petitioner remits 50% of the entire outstandings within a period of two weeks from now, the impugned order of recovery will stand suspended till final decision is taken by the Government on the appeal in relation to which Ext.P1 order has been issued.
