V.RAMKUMAR, J.Bail Application No. 972/2007 Dated this 23rd day of February, 2007
O R D E RThe petitioners, who are accused Nos. 2 and 3 in Crime No. 72/2007 of North Paravur police station for offences punishable under Sections 341, 327 and 324 IPC read with Section 34 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that since all the offences are bailable offences, this application is not maintainable. The objection of the Public Prosecutor is well taken. The invocation of Section 438 Cr.P.C. is misconceived.
3. This petition is accordingly dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to seek regular bail from the appropriate Court, if so advised. V.RAMKUMAR,
