Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on account of reasons beyond the control of the petitioner, he was unable to appear before the Investigating Officer as directed between 23.2.07 and 26.2.2007. The counsel prays that the petitioner may be granted two days further time to surrender before the Dy.S.P., C.B, C.I.D. as directed in the order dt.20.2.2007.

3. The learned Prosecutor does not raise any serious objection. The petitioner is granted time till 28.2.2007 to appear before the Dy.S.P., C.B. C.I.D. as directed earlier.
