K.K.DENESAN, J.Cont. Case No. 7 OF 2007
Dated this the 26th February, 2007.
Pursuant to Annexure 1 judgment the respondent has passed Annexure R1(a) order on 31.1.2007. The direction issued in the judgment stands complied with accordingly. Counsel for the petitioner submits that even before passing Annexure R1(a) order the respondent had issued communication dated 3.1.2007 which will impliedly show that decision had been taken without hearing the petitioner.
2. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by Annexure R1(a) order she will have to invoke appropriate remedy to redress her grievance. Correctness or validity of Annexure R1(a) order cannot be gone into in this contempt of court proceedings. Contempt of court case is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge Annexure R1(a) order. K.K.DENESAN Judge jj
