A W A R D Appellant and the representatives of the 3rd respondent, Kerala State Insurance Department are present. Counsel for the appellant not present. The parties have agreed to settle the claim on the 3rd respondent depositing an additional compensation of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand only) in the MACT, Irinjalakuda within two months from today, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default till payment. A W A R D Parties agreed that an additional compensation of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs.Twenty thousand only) will be paid by the 3rd respondent to the appellant in full settlement of the claim. The amount of Rs.20,000/- will be deposited before the MACT, Kottayam within two months from today, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default till payment.
