This is a petition alleging police harassment. It is submitted by the Govt.Pleader that on the basis of the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent Police only enquired into the matter and police will not harass the petitioner. No crime is registered against the petitioner. According to the petitioner she was summoned to the police station on several times. That should have been avoided by the Police and without orders from civil court, police shall not interfere in civil disputes. Recording the submission that police will not harass the petitioner and will not call to the police station unnecessarily, this writ petition is disposed of.
