ORDERIn the circumstances explained in the petition and in the light of the submissions made at the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted time till 22.01.2007 to appear before the learned Magistrate and pay the entire amount of compensation. If the amount of compensation is paid, needless to say, the default sentence cannot be enforced against the petitioner. This Crl.M.C is allowed to the above extent.
