J U D G M E N T

Mr.Mithun Markos, counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, challenging Ext.P14 order a revision petition has been filed before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, that the said revision petition has been finally heard by the Tribunal and that orders are awaited. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition will stand closed without deciding on the merits of the grounds raised. Orders of stay presently issued will continue till orders are passed by the Tribunal and communicated to the petitioner.
