S. SIRI JAGAN, J.O.P.NO.32812 OF 2001
DATED THIS THE 7th DAY OF MARCH, 2007
The petitioner is a Union of Workers of the 2nd respondent Society, which is a Kerala Government sponsored organisation. Their grievance n this original petition relates to their claim for wage revision.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is entitled to raise such claim as an industrial dispute, they have already approached the authorities under the Industrial Disputes Act raising an industrial dispute, in respect of the said demand of the petitioner Union. In the above circumstances without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue the industrial dispute which is stated to have been raised by the petitioner in respect of their claim for wage revision, this original petition is closed.
