. This is a petition for police protection. There is a dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 6. In C.M.A.No.100 of 2006 (Ext.P5) the petitioner obtained an order in his favour. The matter was challenged before this court and finally the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.7160 of 2007 set aside the order in the C.M.A. and District Court was directed to reconsider the matter. Meanwhile, it was also undertook by the contesting respondents that the petitioner will be allowed to work as Professor of the College without any obstruction. Counsel for the contesting respondents submits that the direction of the learned Single Judge will be obeyed and no obstruction will be caused for the petitioner to function as Professor of the college till disposal of the C.M.A. Police is directed to see that law and order is maintained W.P.(C)NO.7351/2007 2 and in case the petitioner is obstructed, necessary protection be granted to him. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. J.B.KOSHY
