V.RAMKUMAR, J.Bail Application Nos. 1512/2007 & 1514/2007 Dated this 13th day of March, 2007
O R D E RThe common petitioner in these two applications for regular bail is the accused in C.C.No.540/2005 and 539/2005 on the file of the J.F.C.M-I, Manjeri. In both the cases, the subject matter of theft are motorcycles. The trial of both the cases is virtually over. The petitioners' grievance is that since he was undefended, an inexperienced counsel was thrust upon him by the Magistrate and he did not get any fair trial. That is not a matter to be considered in a bail application.
2. Having regard to the antecedents of the petitioner and the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. These applications are accordingly dismissed. V.RAMKUMAR,
