JUDGMENT

Adv.Mr.K.Prabhakaran, Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the K.S.R.T.C.

2. I do not propose to go into the merits of the matter though Mr.K.S.Madhusoodanan, counsel for the petitioners contend that the issue has been decided clearly in favour of the petitioners by Exts.P1 and P2 judgments. The petitioners have submitted Ext.P4 representation before the Managing Director of the K.S.R.T.C. The Managing Director of the K.S.R.T.C. will take up Ext.P4, consider the same in the light of Exts.P1 and P2 judgments, hear a representative of the petitioners to be nominated by them and take a decision on Ext.P4 at his earliest and at any rate within two months of receiving a copy of this judgment together with a copy of the Writ Petition and all the exhibits. The Writ Petition will stand disposed of as above.

srd PIUS C.KURIAKOSE, JUDGE
