JUDGMENT

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents, I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned proceedings. The proclamation for sale stands issued on the basis of appropriate recovery orders and there is no ground for the petitioner to find his way out from the statutory proceedings. He has not also satisfied the condition specified in the interim order dated 28.2.2007. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN Judge kkb.
