. This is a petition for police protection. It is the case of the petitioners that they are registered workers in the area and respondents 6 to 8 are obstructing their work. Counsel for respondents 6 to 8 submitted that they are not taking law into their hands. They applied for registration. They are also jobless persons and their applications for registration have to be considered by the Labour Officer. Labour Officer shall pass orders in the applications for registration filed by respondents 6 to 8 expeditiously, in any event, within two months from today. Till registration is granted to respondents 6 to 8, police is directed to see that work done by petitioners 1 to 9 are not obstructed. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. J.B.KOSHYJUDGE
