J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondents to recognize the Basic Training Course imparted by the Centre at Kollam and run by the respondents 1 and 3, for the purpose of placement for apprenticeship training in accordance with the Apprentices Act, 1961 and for the purpose of appearance in the All India Trade Test. There is already a direction in I.A.8639/04 to take a decision in the matter. In case the petitioners have any surviving grievance, they may pursue the same in appropriate proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
