ORDERPetitioners, who are accused Nos. 1, 3 and 5 in Crime No.328 of 2006 of Payyannur Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 420, 294B and 506(1) I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case after investigation was referred by the Police as one arising on a mistake of fact. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, this application is closed.
