The petitioner has approached this Court feeling aggrieved by the delay from the part of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation to deposit the amount due under Ext.P1 award before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ernakulam.
2. Heard learned standing counsel for the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation also. Learned counsel prays for some time to deposit the amount due under Ext.P1. The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to deposit the amount due under Ext.P1 before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ernakulam within three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
