O R D E RThe revision petitioner is the 2nd respondent in MC 23/2005, who is under orders to pay a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment in civil prison for a period of three months. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner has sought only for time to pay the amount of penalty. The revision petitioner is granted three months time from today onwards to pay the amount of penalty. The default clause in the order of the court below will stand deleted. The amount, if not paid is to be recovered by restoring the procedure for realization of fine.
