JUDGMENT

Radhakrishnan, Ag.C.J. This writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to initiate expeditious action against the committee members of Poonnilarkkavu Devaswom Kshethra Samrakshana Samithi, Kodakara and realise from them the loss caused to the temple with interest. We are of the view that this Court in its jurisdiction is not justified in issuing any positive direction.
