A W A R D Appellant and 2nd respondent present. Heard counsel appearing for both sides. The parties have settled the dispute on condition that the 2nd respondent will pay an additional amount of Rs.7,750/- (Rs. Seven thousand seven hundred and fifty only) to the appellant, within two months from today, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default till payment. A W A R D Appellant present and respondent's counsel present. Heard counsel appearing for both sides. The parties have settled the dispute on condition that the appellant will pay an amount of Rs.4,20,000/- (Rs. Four lakhs and twenty thousand only) (including cost) less the amount already deposited by the appellant with interest thereon @ 6% p.a from the date of petition instead of the amount awarded by the M.A.C.T to the respondent, within two months from today, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default till payment.
