ORDERThe learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public Prosecutor does not raise any serious objection and I am satisfied that the condition imposed on the petitioner, who faces allegations, inter alia, under Section 332 I.P.C and who was released on bail as per order dated 23.11.2006 that he must report before the Investigating Officer between 9 a.m and 11 a.m on all Wednesdays can now be deleted subject to the direction that the petitioner need appear before the Investigating Officer hereafter only as and when directed by the Investigating Officer in writing to do so. The petitioner shall, within seven days, furnish to the Investigating Officer the address of his present place of residence and shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of changes, if any, in address, hereafter.
2. This Crl.M.C is, in these circumstances, allowed.
