WP(C).No. 11160 OF 2007 CDated this the 30th March, 2007.
JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as Sub Group Officer, Paravur Group, Peruvaram. He feels aggrieved by Ext. P1 order passed by the Devaswom Commissioner on 23-3-2007 transferring him from Peruvaram Devaswom to Omalloor Devaswom, Aranmula Group. The petitioner will retire from service on 30-4-2007. It is not necessary for me to state here the grounds for transfer made mention of in Ext. P1, because counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation will be filed before the Special Commissioner who is now entrusted with the duties that were done by the 2nd respondent-Board.
2. Heard Standing Counsel for the respondents.
3. There shall be a direction to the Special Commissioner of the Devaswom to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if filed by him within five days from today. Orders shall be passed on that representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. Needless to state that copy of the order shall be served on the petitioner forthwith. The writ petition is disposed of as above. K.K.DENESAN Judge jj.
