J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer :-

"To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order, directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in the post of Peon in the Editorial Wing, Department of Information and Public Relations, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram." It is seen that the petitioner has submitted Ext.P8 representation before the first respondent. In case no orders have been passed on the same, petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment before the first respondent, in which case, appropriate orders in accordance with law in the matter will be passed within another three months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
