JUDGMENT

I do not propose to go into the merits of the matter. Sri.K.B. Mohan Das, Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Sri. M.K.Chandramohan Das , Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 3 and 4. In the nature of the orders which are being passed, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondents 5 & 6, the party respondents. The grievance of the petitioners is that in violation of the licence conditions, the party respondents are making soaps and detergents by using chemicals and acids. Ext.P1 petition has been submitted by the petitioners before the 1st respondent and Ext.P3 has been submitted by them before the Pollution Control Board, the 3rd respondent. The 1st respondent will take up Ext.P1, issue notice to respondents 5 & 6, hear the petitioner and respondents 5 & 6 and take an early decision. Similarly the 3rd respondent will take up Et.P3, issue notice to respondents 5 & 6, hear them as well as the petitioners and take a decision as directed above. The decision will be taken by respondents 1 & 3 at their earliest and at any rate within two months of receiving a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
