J U D G M E N T
Petitioner approached this court with certain grievances regarding the recovery steps initiated by the second respondent Bank. It is for the petitioner to approach the Bank, in case there is still any grievance. In the event of the petitioner approaching the Bank within a period of one month from today, the grievance of the petitioner will be considered and the benefit of any scheme available as on 31-3-2007 will be extended to the petitioner, in view of the pendency of the writ petition during the scheme period. In case the petitioner requests for an opportunity to verify the accounts, the same shall also be granted to her. In order to enable the petitioner to work out the relief as above, the recovery shall be deferred for a period of three months, subject to the petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Bank as per the Scheme. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
